Mil-Tech Pharma Ltd was established to help athletes and soldiers recover faster, build strength and prevent injury by incorporating scientifically supported nutritional strategies.

Whilst training clients and military recruits I noticed that many were feeling fatigued, prone to injury, and not quite seeing the results that they had been working towards.

After much analysis of their routines and diet, it became apparent that many were deficient in micronutrients. This was often hampered by climatic conditions, stress and poor sleep.

I decided to research the effects of nutritional deficiencies and saw that there was a correlation between nutritional deficiencies and poor physical performance.

My next step was to advise and provide foods that could help alleviate the issue but still found that people were struggling to fulfil their nutritional requirements.

After much pondering and consideration, I began to look into providing my clients with a product that would help plug these nutritional gaps, but furthermore include proven plant extracts and phytochemicals that can support sleep, cognitive health and muscle development.

While testing these strategies we saw tremendous results and transformations. A demand was created and as such, using my sports nutrition and physical trainer background we coupled with manufacturers to produce supplements that work.
